We've worked in various industries, across decades of design and fabrication, from architecture & general contracting, to aerospace & manufacturing, to expo & trade show design. Each industry has provided experience which leads to our quick turn-around, highly accurate design process. While others may work in tolerances of +/- 1/4", we design with an accuracy of +/-.0001". We work in both the latest releases of Rhino and AutoCAD, for an optimized workflow that provides both renders and quality 2D documentation.
Here are some of the basic questions we'll ask at the start:
Once we've figured out the basics, we'd appreciate any early renders, notes, or details you may have regarding your or your clients projects, to help expedite the process.
We aren't looking to add cost, we're looking to save you money. We design in a way to minimize the cost of materials & labor, and achieve the results you or your client are looking for. We will always suggest utilizing a shop that has CNC router services, which will greatly reduce your labor costs and improve the quality and speed of your build. We start the process primarily in Rhino 3D, in order to properly design each part of every element, then switch over to AutoCAD for it's industry leading 2D documentation.
All estimates provided are based on the scale of the project. Upon completion of each project, you will be provided with the following: 3D CAD files (.dwg or .3dm formats), 11x17 PDF digital prints, and 2D CNC Router layout files, in either .dwg or .dxf formats.
Estimated under 40 hours for completion (ex. 10' x 10' Booth)
Estimated 40+ hours (ex. 20' x 30' Booth, multiple custom builds)
If your project needs a faster than normal return times, and may need to be prioritized (i.e. cut in line), we may be able to expedite your project for an additional fee, pending approval.
